access dial-up number

As part of the change to new technical partner BT Wholesale, we are asking all surefish Pay As You Go and Flat Rate users to change the phone number which their computers dial to access the internet.

If you would like to install and run a program to do this for you, please click here and select either Surefish PAYG Setup or Surefish UM Setup if you are a Flat Rate customer. This will download a program in a .zip file called a dialler, which automatically installs the correct phone number.

Please do NOT do this if you use a broadband connection.
